BRIDGECROSS INVESTMENTS LIMITED is seeking Bus Attendants.
Responsibilities or duties
- Welcoming and greeting passengers during on boarding and directing them to assigned seats
- Providing information to passengers on route and trip schedules as required
- Maintain workspace hygiene by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Preparation of required bus trip documentation to ensure accurate passenger information is used before onboarding.
- Perform such other duties as assigned
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Zambian citizens aged between 22 - 30 years
- Mature, honest, disciplined, flexible, multi tasked
- Good customer service
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to their work
- Numerate with ability to read and write.
Experience needed
- Proven experience in customer service/sales/marketing or similar field will be added advantage
