Reporting directly to the Industry Lead Zambia, the Business Developer will support business growth initiatives, client relationship management, and ensure smooth daily operations within the team. Minimum Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Degree in Chinese Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.

Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.

Valid driver’s license.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Excellent computer literacy and interpersonal skills.

Highly ethical and professional conduct.

Ability to initiate and sustain activities independently.

Experience working internationally or in multicultural environments is an advantage.
