JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and bookings
- Promote and sell services offered by the center
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
- Coordinate with the technical team and update customers on service progress
- Manage basic office tasks, including documentation and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Female, aged between 19 and 30
- Prior experience in customer service or front office roles preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
