Position Overview

The Business Development Executive (B2B) focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients, building long-term partnerships, and promoting Uspire's business services within the institutional and enterprise sector.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Assistant Business Development Manager

Supervises: None (collaborates across departments)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard corporate and institutional clients.
  • Conduct business presentations and pitches.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Prepare progress reports and contribute to business planning.
  • Collaborate with service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in B2B sales or client management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High energy, professionalism, and goal orientation.
