To identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote Waste Management’s services to grow market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in waste collection, recycling, and disposal services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, industrial, and residential clients
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet set targets.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery to new clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in waste management or environmental services).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
