JOB DETAILS:
Background:
World Vision Zambia intends to bid for an upcoming Agribusiness Project to strengthen agribusiness development, enhance market linkages, and improve trade competitiveness in targeted regions.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthening the financial capacity of agro-processing entrepreneurs and producer organizations
- Helping businesses understand key cost and profit drivers
- Managing cash flow and structuring finances for growth
- Evaluating financing options and preparing accurate financial statements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CIMA, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management of Agribusiness Firms or POs
- Understanding of financially structuring Agribusiness Firms or POs for growth
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
