JOB DETAILS:
WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC Fresh graduates who are willing to gain industrial experience to fill the position of Call Centre Intern on a part-time basis to be based in Lusaka.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma or certificate in any social science field
- Excellent communication skills - both English and any local language are an added advantage
- Self-motivated, professional, and willing to learn.
DUTIES
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and Order confirmation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
