Job Purpose
- As a Call Centre Agent, your role will be to:
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues quickly while ensuring a positive experience
- Promote products and services that meet customer needs
- Meet performance goals and support customer retention
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who bring energy, clarity, and care to every conversation. You should have:
- A Grade 12 certificate (minimum requirement)
- The ability to speak local languages such as Tumbuka, Lunda, Luvale, Kaonde, or Lozi (a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- A clear and confident way of explaining product and service benefits
- A persuasive and engaging approach with customers
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions
