Is seeking vibrant and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our team!
JOB OPPORTUNITY: CALL CENTRE AGENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A Diploma in any relevant field
- Previous work experience in any field or a call centre or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Must be able to work with Microsoft Excel
- Possess a typing speed of 20 or more words per minute
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Provide accurate information and quality customer service
- Log and escalate customer queries where necessary
- Meet daily and monthly performance KPIs
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
