JOB DETAILS:
The Student Life Department invites applications from suitably qualified, committed, and passionate individuals to fill the following vacant positions at our various stations. These roles are critical in promoting child welfare, safeguarding, and holistic development within our institutions.
3. CAMPUS PASTOR
Station: Chikumbi
Key Responsibilities
- Lead chapel services, devotions, prayers, and Bible studies.
- Provide pastoral care, counseling, and mentorship to learners and staff.
- Guide students in character formation, discipline, and Christian conduct.
- Support students during crises and offer prayer and counseling.
- Organize Christian programs, retreats, and outreach activities.
- Work closely with school management on student welfare and discipline matters.
- Uphold child protection policies and school regulations.
- Prepare brief ministry reports as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or Pastoral Ministry.
- At least 2 years’ experience in pastoral or school ministry.
- Experience working with adolescents is an added advantage.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
