JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain cash drawer balance at the start and end of shifts.
- Assist with stock management near the counter.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Prior cashier or retail experience.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in busy retail or hospitality environments.
- Minimum high school certificate.
