JOB DETAILS:
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers, answer questions about menu items and process transactions accurately
Order taking & POS Operations
Handle cash, card, mobile payments ,issue receipts , phone orders and ,upsell menu items
Store support
Keep checkout area clean and organized and assist other departments during peak hours
Cash & Reconciliation
Open /close cash register , handle daily cash reconciliation and manage floats
Food Safety & Compliance
Follow food handling and hygiene standards .
