JOB DETAILS:
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to lead food preparation and menu execution. You will oversee kitchen operations and ensure all meals meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare quality meals and menus
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage workflow
- Monitor food inventory, ordering, and storage
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and professionalism
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or lodge
- Culinary certification or relevant training
- Knowledge of diverse cuisines and food presentation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
