Mungwi Park Gardens, a beautiful and serene venue located in Mungwi, is seeking a qualified Female Chef to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh, high-quality meals to our guests in a peaceful garden setting perfect for events, dining, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of local and international dishes with creativity and consistency

Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation

Assist in menu planning and development

Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours

Ensure proper storage and inventory of kitchen supplies

Work closely with the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant, lodge, or hospitality setting

Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field (added advantage)

Strong knowledge of Zambian cuisine and international dishes

Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (including weekends)

Passion for food, cleanliness, and attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Must be female as per the specific requirements of the role
