JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are looking for a skilled Chef x 2 who can cook authentic Indian food for 2 different households. The candidate must have experience preparing a variety of Indian dishes and ensuring meals are tasty, healthy, and well-presented.
Responsibilities
- Cook daily meals with a focus on Indian cuisine (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
- Plan menus and prepare meals according to family preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Manage grocery shopping and stock of kitchen supplies.
- Occasionally prepare food for small gatherings or family events.
Requirements
- Experience in cooking Indian food is a must.
- Knowledge of spices, curries, breads, biryanis, and regional dishes.
- Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to work flexible hours as per household needs.
- Prior experience as a home cook/chef preferred.
