Chef (1 Position)

• Plan, prepare, and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established menus and recipes.
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency in taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock.
• Ensure all food is stored, handled, and prepared in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff (cooks, kitchen assistants) as required.
• Design daily specials and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Monitor food costs and minimize waste to meet budgetary targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely delivery of meals during service hours.
• Respond to special dietary requirements, allergies, and guest preferences with flexibility.
