Background
Our company owns both a Chinese restaurant and a hotel. We need a capable manager to manage the local Zambian employees in our hotel, and they need to have some hotel work experience to train local employees in service awareness and work details.
Qualifications
It would be best to understand some local laws in Zambia. People who have worked in Chinese restaurants are preferred.
