Our Construction division seeks to recruit energetic individuals, performance driven, well qualified with a minimum of three years’ work experience or more in Civil Engineering and specific experience in ( Construction and maintenance) Works.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Membership of Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
• Proven Experience in Construction and Auxiliary works
• Mandatory: Microsoft Apps (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook.
• Engineering certification by EIZ

Responsibilities or duties

• Oversee construction sites and supervise the use of machinery, equipment, and tools
• Knowledgeable and experienced with civil designs and construction
• Strong site supervision skills
• Be willing to travel as needed to manage projects effectively
• Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities, collect and document project requirements, and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to solve problems and fix routine errors
• Manage site teams and resources
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
