JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Head the construction team as the project manager for all construction works.
• Identify and procure materials, equipment, and services required for the projects. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards and sustainability criteria.
• Oversee the construction of projects, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient implementation. Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Identify potential risks and hazards associated, such as construction delays, cost overruns, safety incidents, or environmental impacts. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize negative outcomes.
• Establish monitoring and evaluation systems to track project performance, collect data on key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports and recommendations for project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and project files throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare progress reports, technical specifications, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders and work hand in hand with the company administration.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a University of recognized standing and a minimum of five (7) years of experience related to the construction commercial buildings.
• Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record as a team player are essential.
• Demonstrated skills and experience in solving complex and sensitive matters. Be able to lead as a project manager
