Key Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a client-facing role within the financial services sector.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
• Data protection requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM and Loan Management Systems (LMS) will be an added advantage.
