Role Context
Afriworks Zambia Limited is actively recruiting skilled artisans for multiple full-time positions in Kitwe, Zambia. We are looking for qualified, experienced, and safety-focused welders, boilermakers, fitters, and riggers to support our expanding mining and infrastructure services operations. Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a relevant Craft Certificate, Vocational Qualification, or an equivalent recognized credential.
- Have a minimum of five years’ experience in industrial or mining mechanical maintenance or construction roles.
- Demonstrate the ability to complete high-quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
