MPC Health Care  is currently looking for a Collection Specialist in the Operation division to hire:

Responsibilities:

  • Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. He/she will be responsible for collection, contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments.
  • He/she should strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
  • Coordinating activities to ensure adherence to scheduled collection times
  • Update account status records and collection status
  • Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies

Requirements

1.       Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role

2.     Working knowledge of MS Office specially excel application

3.     Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

4.     Skilled in negotiation

5.     Valid driving license

  • Collection of outstanding payments
  • Contacting clients for collections
  • Resolving billing and credit issues
  • Monitoring accounts for outstanding debts
  • Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
  • Coordinating activities for scheduled collection times
  • Updating account status records
  • Adhering to safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
  • Valid driving license
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position
