6 Colour Flexographic Printer Operator (1 Position)

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating 6 Colour Flexographic Printing Machines.
• Strong understanding of colour registration, ink mixing and print quality control.
• Ability to mount printing plates and set up print jobs accurately.
• Experience printing on plastic packaging materials such as courier bags, refuse bags and
• packaging films.
• Ability to troubleshoot printing defects including smudging, colour mismatch and poor
• registration.
• Knowledge of solvent handling, ink viscosity control and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to maintain consistent print quality during long production runs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating bottom seal general bag-making machines in a plastic
• packaging manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of plastic bag manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Ability to interpret production specifications and meet production targets.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
