Position Summary
Job Title: Commercial Sales Executive

Duty Station: Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Technical Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Promote and sell high-end printers, multifunctional devices (MFPs), document management software, and tailored ICT solutions to corporate clients.
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect, identify new corporate business opportunities, and manage an active sales pipeline.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional, high-impact sales presentations, proposals, and customized commercial quotations to B2B decision-makers.
- Account Management: Build and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships to ensure client retention and account growth.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market potential, track industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Negotiation: Conduct contract negotiations with prospective corporate clients while adhering to internal company pricing schedules.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and submit weekly and monthly sales pipeline and forecasting reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, ICT, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Proven business-to-business (B2B) corporate sales experience, ideally within the office automation, printing solutions, hardware, or ICT industries.
- Tech Literacy: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Core Skills: Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, closing, and communication skills.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented performer capable of achieving strict sales targets with minimal daily supervision.
