Commercial Sales Manager (B2B)

Location: Ndola

Reporting to: B2B Manager

As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives within the B2B segment, targeting industrial, commercial, and mining clients. Your responsibilities will include expanding commercial volumes, securing new business, and nurturing long-term customer relationships across fuels, LPG, lubricants, Rubis Card, and other energy products.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in energy, oil marketing, mining, or industrial sectors
  • Experience in lubricants or technical product sales is advantageous
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
