On behalf of one of our clients, we are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for the role of COMMUNITY BUILDER. We are seeking a passionate and innovative Community Builder who will be solely responsible for growing and nurturing our community. The successful candidate will design and execute community engagement programs, drive membership growth, and leverage digital platforms to amplify our client’s impact worldwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Growth & Engagement

• Drive membership growth by developing innovative recruitment and retention strategies.
• Design and lead community engagement programs, events, webinars, and initiatives that foster participation and loyalty.
• Monitor and manage member feedback to continuously improve the community experience.
• Build relationships with members to ensure active participation and support.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage client’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on increasing engagement and conversions.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that promote membership, programs, and events.
• Analyze digital performance metrics to refine strategies and meet growth targets.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, articles, newsletters, podcasts, etc.) tailored to community and membership growth.
• Develop storytelling strategies that highlight client’s impact, events, and member success stories.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Targets & Reporting

• Work under set membership and engagement targets.
• Provide regular reports on community growth, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Recommend new approaches and strategies for scaling the community globally.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience in community building, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio in content creation (graphics, videos, reels, blogs).
• Experience in NGO, women empowerment, or global networking platforms is a plus.

• Excellent digital marketing and social media skills.
• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
