JOB DETAILS:
Location: Zambia

Job Summary:
Oversee all aspects of concrete work on construction sites, including planning, pouring, curing, and finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise concrete mixing and application.
- Ensure quality and consistency in concrete works.
- Coordinate workers, equipment, and material needs.
- Monitor curing times and formwork removals.
- Enforce safety measures during concrete operations.
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in concrete supervision roles.
- Hands-on experience with formwork, reinforcement, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
