The works include but are not limited to site clearance, setting out, civil and structural works, concrete works, finishes, external works, and all associated services.

Eligibility Requirements

·      Valid PACRA Certificate

·      Valid EIZ

·      Valid NCC Category B Grade 4 or Better

·      ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate

·      Proof of similar works completed in the last 5years
