Invitation to Bid

Bid No: AVHO-01/2021

African Vision of Hope Organization hereby requests bids from qualified bidders for the Construction of the STEM High School in silver-rest area, Lusaka District.

1. Bidding is open to interested and qualified bidders with experience in similar construction
works

2. The Bidders must be registered with the National Council for Construction with minimum of Grade 3 certificate in building works

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from African Vision of Hope Organization offices upon payment of non-refundable fee of K1,000.00

Submission Procedure

4. Completed and clearly labelled bids marked "CONSTRUCTION OF STEM HIGH SCHOOL BID NO. AVHO-01/2021" must be addressed to: The Program Manager, African Vision of Hope Organization. P.O. Box FW 175. Plot No. 236, Off Alick Nkata Road, Hellen
Kaunda, Lusaka.

5. The closing date for receipt of bids shall be Wednesday 30th June 2021 at 14:00hrs Zambian
time. Late bids shall not be accepted.

6. Completed bidding documents one original and three copies shall be deposited in the Tender Box at African Vision of Hope Organization offices

7. Tender opening shall be done 30minutes after closing time of the tender in the presence of
interested bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend

8. The bids shall be evaluated by an Evaluation Team and African Vision of Hope Organization reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or all of the bids at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever
