Farmers’ Expo Zambia Limited (FEZL), a registered Company Limited by Guarantee is inviting a qualified and experienced individual or firm to express interest in rendering services as Contract Manager for the Agritech Expo Zambia.
The Agritech Expo is a premier agricultural event contracted to an Event Manager running for the period 2026–2030. FEZL seeks a highly competent Contract Manager to oversee the execution of this contract, ensuring compliance, transparency, and value for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce adherence to contractual obligations.
- Validate financial reports, audited accounts, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate disclosure of revenues and expenditures.
- Confirm timely remittance of the Client’s share of net profits.
- Submit quarterly performance reports to the FEZL Board.
- Escalate non-compliance or performance concerns as needed.
Who Should Apply:
- Individuals or consulting firms with proven experience in managing high-value event or project contracts, particularly in agriculture, exhibitions, or public-private partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret contracts, audit financials, and communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Familiarity with Zambian financial and regulatory frameworks will be an added advantage.
Professional Qualifications:
- Relevant business qualification such as Legal training with a practicing license and/or bachelor’s degree in business administration or accounting.
- At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar field.
- Good Microsoft Excell capabilities
Duration and Remuneration:
The engagement will run for one year but renewable per event. A performance-based service fee will be paid per event edition, pegged to a percentage of the net event revenue. The expression of interest should include your expected remuneration.
