CONTROL ROOM OFFICER

Responsibilities

Monitor real-time GPS tracks of all mining trucks, radio operators regarding traffic jams, and record daily haul statistics in the control center.

Requirements

Diploma In information technology (IT); Grade 12 Certificate; At least 3 years’ experience in transport coordination; Should have knowledge of truckloads, broker network, load bookings; Excellent organization skills; Ability to work under pressure, strong communication; And flexibility for shifts; In possession of a Valid Silicosis certificate.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
