Background:

Are you a recent graduate passionate about driving change through research? Copper Rose Zambia is excited to announce the launch of the Copper Rose Research Fellowship, a 6-month, full-time program designed to equip young graduates with practical research experience.

Responsibilities:

• Research Proposal Development, Data analysis, and presentation
• Integration with MERL Systems
• Knowledge Product Development

Qualifications:

• Hold a recent bachelor’s degree in public health, social sciences, statistics, economics, gender studies, Demography, or related fields
• Demonstrate basic research and data analysis skills (qualitative or quantitative)
• Be a Zambian national or resident committed to working in Zambia
• Show strong motivation to contribute to evidence-based solutions for young people
• Be under 35 years as of 31st December 2025

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
