About Us:
Skills to Live Zambia is committed to delivering transformative vocational education that empowers youth. We are seeking an experienced Cosmetology Trainer to train and mentor students in beauty therapy, hairdressing, and skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
– Facilitate training in hairdressing, makeup artistry, nail technology, and skincare.
– Design and deliver lessons based on TEVETA curricula.
– Mentor and evaluate student performance through theory and practical assessments.
– Ensure hygiene, safety, and industry standards are met in training delivery.
– Organize beauty demonstrations, workshops, and industry visits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Must be TEVETA accredited as a certified Trainer and Assessor in Cosmetology.
– Minimum of a Diploma or Craft in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
– At least three (3) years of hands-on industry experience.
– Experience in teaching or training in a vocational setting is an added advantage.
– Strong skills in customer service, grooming, and communication.
– Passionate about youth development and entrepreneurship in beauty services.
