Courier Bag Maker Operator (1 position)

Experience with Folding Machines, Glue application & Pouch Lamination Stations is essential.

Requirements:

• Proven experience manufacturing courier bags and plastic packaging products.
• Experience operating Folding Machines, Glue and Pouch Lamination Stations.
• Ability to set up and operate bag making machines efficiently.
• Knowledge of sealing temperatures, cutting alignment and pouch finishing processes.
• Ability to inspect finished products for quality, seal strength and sizing accuracy.
• Experience working with tamper evident courier bags and security packaging will be an added advantage.
• Ability to minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency.

• Sound knowledge of plastic bag manufacturing processes and quality control.

• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
