JOB DETAILS:
Natural Kurls is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Officer to join our team. The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, producing a social media calendar, content creation, graphic design skills are important, producing and managing product and service catalogs, managing the Natural Kurls brand, and regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage appointment bookings and ensure that clients have an excellent experience from booking to service delivery.
• Produce a social media calendar and create content for social media channels to drive engagement, customer acquisition and retention.
• Use graphic design skills to create visually appealing content for social media, the company website and other promotional materials.
• Produce and manage product and service catalogs, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, accurate and engaging.
• Manage the Natural Kurls brand and ensure that all communication is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Regularly report on social media metrics, customer satisfaction and other KPIs to inform strategy and decision making.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience managing appointments and scheduling.
• Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Experience creating and executing social media content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for natural hair care services and products is a plus.
