Customer service Manager.

Our innovative and growing company is looking for a customer to service Manager. The role as a customer service Manager will be providing the link between the customers, business partners and the company to ensure effective running of the company’s projects

Responsibilities

  • Generating sale leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agent and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
  • Keeping record of customers interaction and details of action taken.
  • Delivery a comprehensive service to enquiry customers.
  • Managing large numbers of calls both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Learn about company’s products or services and keep to date with changes.

Skills

  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Self motivated and self directed.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Confidence to make sound decisions.
  • Alignment with company values and mission.
