Responsibility

ZRA Errands – Liaising with the Zambia Revenue Authority, submitting documentation and handling all related administrative tasks and follow-up Investment opportunities Zambia

Bin Cards – Maintaining, updating and reconciling bin card records accurately to ensure stock movements are correctly captured

RIB Register – Managing and maintaining the RIB register ensuring all entries are current, accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Customs, Clearing & Forwarding, Logistics or a related field
• Knowledge of ZRA procedures and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
