Kaoma Town Council invites suitably qualified and motivated individuals to fill vacant positions of Data Entry Clerks, on a six (6) months contract to work under the Revised Cash for Work (R-CFW) Programme.
Note: Applicants must be bonafide residents of the following wards only:
Successful candidates will be stationed within their respective wards.
Responsibilities
- Capture, compile, and verify data for beneficiaries
- Ensure all data processes are completed within stipulated timeframes
- Encode and upload data to the central system
- Verify works carried out by beneficiaries using the R-CFW application
- Safeguard the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all data collected
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Zambian Citizen with a valid Green National Registration Card (NRC)
- Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- Must be a bonafide resident of one of the stated ward
- Must not be in formal employment
- Must own an Android smartphone or tablet
- Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Basic computer skills will be an added advantage
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Duration of Contract
Six (6) months
