EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (DATA ENTRY CLERKS)
Kitwe City Council invites applications from suitably qualified and interested individuals for engagement as Data Entry Clerks for the recently rolled out Integrated Constituency Development Management Information System (ICDMIS) on a three (3) months contract. The Council seeks to engage fifty (50) Data Entry Clerks, ten (10) for each Constituency in Kitwe District.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform data entry and validation tasks to ensure data accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification of Grade Twelve (12) Certificate.
- Must be a Zambian Citizen holding a valid Green National Registration Card (NRC).
- Must have basic computer skills (an ICT qualification will be an added advantage).
- Must be aged between Eighteen (18) and Thirty-Five (35) years old.
- Basic computer skills will be an added advantage.
- Must be a bonafide resident of Kitwe District, preferably in Kwacha, Chimwemwe, Nkana, Kamfinsa and Wusakile Constituencies.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Must have good writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be honest, self-driven, and motivated.
- Must be sober minded.
- Must be able to communicate in English and the Local Language.
