Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements;
• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes, data warehouses, and data marts;
• Build user-friendly reports and dashboards using BI tools;
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and quality across the BI ecosystem;
• Perform data quality checks and maintain reliable data pipelines;
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and data analysis;

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science, Engineering, or any related field;
• Grade 12 Certificate. (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics);
• All qualifications must be certified by ZAQA.

Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years plus in data analysis, programming, reporting, or business/market analysis;
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise;
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, OBIEE, etc.), Unix systems, shell scripting, and Python;
• Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics concepts;
• Experience with data warehousing (data lakes, data marts);
