Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise teaching staff and oversee schemes of work.
• Monitor learner academic performance and progress.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment within the school.
• Engage and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Qualifications or requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Primary Education.
• Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including curriculum supervision, staff mentoring, lesson observation, and effective communication.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, collaborative, and of high integrity.

Experience needed:

• At least three (3) years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
• Prior leadership experience as a Head of Department, Deputy Head Teacher, or similar role is highly advantageous.

Additional Notes:
