Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise teaching staff and oversee schemes of work.
- Monitor learner academic performance and progress.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment within the school.
- Engage and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Qualifications or requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Primary Education.
- Registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including curriculum supervision, staff mentoring, lesson observation, and effective communication.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, collaborative, and of high integrity.
Experience needed:
- At least three (3) years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Prior leadership experience as a Head of Department, Deputy Head Teacher, or similar role is highly advantageous.
