JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence, operational efficiency,
and institutional growth.
Oversee the implementation of academic policies, programmes, and initiatives to
maintain the university’s high standards.
Collaborate with the Vice-Chancellor in managing institutional operations, including
planning, governance, and financial oversight.
Foster partnerships with stakeholders, including government bodies, accreditation
agencies, and the private sector, to enhance the university’s profile and impact.
Promote a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and student-centred learning.
Lead and support faculty development and research activities to advance the university’s mission and vision.

Requirements:
A doctorate degree from a recognised institution.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive academic and administrative leadership experience, preferably at the level of Dean, PVC, DVC, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of higher education policies, accreditation standards, and quality
assurance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
A proven track record of fostering academic growth, research, and institutional development.
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders in a multicultural
environment.
