DESIGN, TENDER DOCUMENTATION AND CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
The Olympia Park Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church located in Lusaka Zambia, intends to construct a modern, multi-storey worship facility to accommodate the growing
congregation. The project seeks to optimize the use of its 2776 square meter plot through an efficient design that combines worship, administrative, and utility spaces while ensuring adequate parking, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.
The Church now invites eligible consulting firms (architectural, engineering, and multidisciplinary design firms) to express interest in providing consulting services for the detailed design, tender documentation, and construction supervision of the new multistorey SDA Church facility.
