ROLE PURPOSE
The Digital Sales Regional Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and scaling sales activities across multiple branches within a region.
This role is leadership-first, not door-to-door selling.
You will be accountable for people, performance, and process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Regional Sales Leadership
- Oversee multiple branches within an assigned region
- Recruit, mentor, and manage Branch Coordinators and Sales Agents
- Set and enforce performance standards and discipline
2. Strategy Execution
- Translate Wave 7 sales strategy into regional execution
- Monitor conversion performance and lead quality
- Ensure correct use of the Wave 7 Transformation Wizard (DTK)
3. Performance & Reporting
- Track regional targets, conversions, and agent productivity
- Submit weekly performance reports
- Identify gaps and implement corrective action
4. Quality Control & Culture
- Maintain professionalism and brand integrity
- Ensure ethical, consultative selling
- Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth
REQUIRED PROFILE

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Ability to work independently and enforce structure
