About the role:
We are hiring aggressive, high-performing field acquisition agents with direct experience selling financial products to underserved and informal market customers. This role is ideal for candidates who already understand mass-market lending, mobile financial services, and high-volume field acquisition environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field activations and customer acquisition campaigns
- Drive loan application onboarding and digital adoption
- Build referral pipelines within communities and informal markets
- Achieve aggressive weekly and monthly sales targets
- Support portfolio quality through customer education and follow-up
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in:
- Microfinance
- Mobile money
- Digital lending
- FMCG field sales
- Telecom sales
Proven ability to meet daily and monthly acquisition targets
Strong understanding of:
- Informal sector customer behavior
- Agent-led acquisition
- Community activations
- Digital onboarding
Comfortable working in high-volume field environments
Compensation:
The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
