DIRECT SALES AGENTS (DSAs)

We are looking for highly motivated and result-oriented Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy field work, customer acquisition, prospecting, and relationship building.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting loan products, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth through active field sales.
This role is 100% field-based and sales-focused, ideal for an individual who is proactive, self-motivated, and confident in engaging customers, with the ability to generate business through direct marketing, referrals, networking, and consistent daily prospecting.
The successful candidate will be required to actively operate in the field, identify business opportunities, and convert prospects into loan applications.
The ideal candidate must be confident, energetic, and possess strong interpersonal skills, with a clear passion for business growth and customer acquisition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for:
- Finding and recruiting new clients for loan products
- Marketing and selling company loan products to individuals, traders, SMEs, schools, contractors, and other target customers
- Conducting daily field visits to markets, shops, business areas, schools, and institutions
- Generating quality leads and building a strong customer pipeline
- Sourcing business through direct marketing, referrals, networking, cold calling, and walk-ins
- Explaining product features, loan benefits, and requirements to customers
- Following up interested customers and converting leads into submissions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referral sources
- Participating in branch marketing campaigns, activations, and sales drives
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Giving regular feedback on sales activity and market opportunities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Sales or customer acquisition experience, along with a background in marketing, direct sales in a microfinance, will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
