Kazang Solar Distributors Ltd is seeking District Field Coordinator to operate in rural areas in Mkushi, Kapiri Mposhi, Shibuyunji, Chongwe, Katuba, Chingola, Chililabombwe, Monze, Lusaka Urban and LusakaWest.
Role Objective:
To drive agent performance, improve collections, and manage customer credit risk at district level through active field engagement, agent supervision, and recovery of inactive systems.
1. Agent Supervision & Performance Management
- Train and continuously support agents to meet performance and sales targets.
- Monitor agent activity, productivity, and portfolio quality in collaboration with the management team.
- Drive agent engagement, reactivation and ensure consistent engagement across the district.
- Provide hands-on field support newly on boarded agents, including joint sales visits, installations, and customer onboarding.
- Conduct regular (monthly) performance review meetings with agents to address challenges and improve results.
2. Credit Management & Collections (OOC Management)
- Ensure that agents actively manage customers in Out of Credit (OOC) status through field visits and follow-ups.
- Maintain close coordination with Customer Support to ensure alignment between field activities and call centre efforts.
- Conduct customer home visits to resolve payment issues, verify customer status, and support collections.
- Lead and execute reclaims of systems from defaulting customers in line with company policy.
- Support early intervention efforts to prevent customers from progressing into long-term default.
3. Management Team and Administrative/Logistics Support:
- Manage professional stock control,
- Assist management team with logistics
- Store and organize signed contract copies
Minimum Requirements:
- Extensive prior field work experience
- Must reside within the assigned district of operation
- At least 4 years’ sales experience
- Own motorbike
- Valid motor bike license (essential)
- Diploma in any subject
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with others
- Must be a resident of the area / district applied.
