JOB DETAILS:
Background:
The District Operations Officers will assist in implementing climate resilience and Nature Based Solution activities at community and district levels.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and participate in key district activities
- Ensure adherence to project frameworks
- Conduct project proposal appraisals
- Prepare project activity minutes
- Monitor sub-project implementation
- Support surveys and evaluations
- Undertake assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Grade Twelve Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- At least four years of post-university work experience
- Experience in World Bank funded projects is an advantage
- Understanding of Zambian environmental laws is an advantage
- Computer literate with skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
- Excellent writing and communication skills

Level of Education: bachelor degree
