Background

HEPDI Engineering Company Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary under China Energy Engineering Group (ENERGY CHINA) and is registered in Zambia as the local engineering and project implementation platform.

The company focuses on the development and delivery of power and energy infrastructure projects, including high-voltage transmission and substation projects, utility-scale solar PV, distributed off-grid solar-plus-storage systems, and grid-forming energy storage projects. PROJECT POSITIONS

Document Controller – Sesheke

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field related to the position.
• Engineers must be registered or eligible for registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ).
• Quantity Surveyors with membership or eligibility for registration with the Surveyors Institute of Zambia (SIZ) will have an added advantage.
• HSE Officers with professional safety certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent will be preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in engineering, construction, or energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience in power transmission, substations, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to work at project sites within Zambia.
