United Gypsum Investments Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Zambian candidates to fill the following positions at our MONZE MINE Site:

Responsibilities or duties,

The Dozer Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of dozer equipment to support mining production activities, haul road maintenance, and general site operations while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.

• Operate the dozer safely and efficiently in line with mine operational requirements.
• Conduct pre-start inspections before each shift.
• Keep the equipment clean internally and externally.
• Carry out clean-up works in haul roads, dump areas, and production zones.
• Support haul road construction and maintenance activities.
• Maintain required site safety standards, including road surfaces and windrow heights.
• Report equipment defects promptly to maintenance and dispatch teams.
• Perform any other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills),

Experience needed,

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating a dozer in an open-pit mining environment.
• Valid certification in heavy equipment or bulldozer operation.
• Experience in bush clearing and civil works will be an added advantage.
• Ability to operate Caterpillar, Liebherr, Shantui, or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of mine safety procedures.
